We are so excited to have you join us for an evening of celebration, fellowship, and inspiration! This special night is a time to honor God’s faithfulness and see the incredible work He is doing through Dear Dinah. On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about the evening—from arrival and check-in details to dining, activities, and opportunities to engage with the ministry. We hope this guide helps you plan your evening so you can relax, enjoy, and fully experience all that we’ve prepared.
Evening Schedule
5:00 PM – Arrival & Tour of Selah
Take a tractor-pulled hayride around the land, stopping by the future site of the tiny homes and our current working farm.
Step inside our tiny home to see where women will one day begin their journey toward restoration.
Watch a live painting come to life depicting the future lavender field that will one day bloom on this very land.
Stroll through the garden, sip something warm from the coffee truck, and relax to live acoustic music as the evening unfolds.
6:00 PM – Welcome & Opening
Dinner – Enjoy a delicious meal and the company of friends as we gather around the table in fellowship.
The Story of Dear Dinah – Learn how Dear Dinah began and the heart behind all that God is doing through this ministry.
Testimonies of Hope – Hear powerful stories of transformation and restoration from souls impacted by Dear Dinah.
A Call to Partner – Discover ways to join in the mission through prayer, service, and giving.
Closing & Appreciation – We’ll end the evening with gratitude for every person who has helped make this vision possible.
8:00 PM – Fellowship & Farewell – Stay a while for dessert, conversation, and a sweet ending to a meaningful night.
Checking In
Upon arrival, all guests will check in with our volunteers at the welcome table. To help speed up the check-in process, you are welcome to provide the names of your additional guests before the event. Simply email us at connect@deardinah.org with the name the tickets were registered under and any additional names that will be using those tickets.
All sponsors will receive their reserved table number during check-in.
Children ages 12 and up are welcome to attend but must have a ticket to join the evening.

Event Parking & Transportation
Where should you park for the event?
All guests will park at Grace Fellowship Church, located at 85 Quick Rd, New Carlisle, OH 45344, approximately 0.25 miles from the Selah property where the event will take place.
How will you get to the event?
After parking, please check in at the welcome table. Our friendly team members will greet you, answer any questions, and direct you to one of our shuttle vans running between the church and the Selah property.
Where will you be dropped off?
Shuttle vans will drop off and pick up guests at a designated location on-site for easy access to the event area.
What if you need to leave early?
If you need to return to your vehicle before the evening concludes, simply call or text one of our shuttle drivers, and they’ll promptly transport you back to the church parking lot.
Our team will be available both at Grace Fellowship Church and at the event site to ensure your arrival and departure are smooth, safe, and welcoming.
Dinner & Dietary Needs
Our dinner will feature pulled chicken and pork, loaded mashed potatoes, green beans, and cole slaw.
A dessert bar will also be available, including gluten-free selections so all guests can enjoy a sweet treat.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know ahead of time so we can be happy to accommodate and ensure your evening is enjoyable.

Be sure to stop by during the evening to purchase Dear Dinah gear and receive your sticker with the name of a soul from our city to pray over. It’s a special way to take a piece of the night home and join in the ministry of hope and restoration.
